Returns
Pack up your unused samples and ship them back to us free of charge. Simply head to your account, click view order and then click on return and a shipping label will be emailed to you. We recommend returning a minimum of 25 memos to minimize the environmental impact.

The world is a beautiful place and we're doing all we can to keep it that way. That's why we've included pre-paid return labels. To help us reduce environmental impact, please return your samples by placing them in appropriate packaging, adhering the return label to the original parcel and getting them in the hands of UPS. It's that simple.
